Kapitel 167: Tug Of War

[Johan's POV]

Shame and guilt disrobed him as Rhia glared between him and Adrian. Johan took a deep breath and raked his fingers through his sex-tousled hair. The buttons of his red checkered shirt were still half-undone. He didn't mind Aaron seeing him naked anymore, but Johan didn't expect Rhia would enter Adrian's room right after his brother.

Dread flashed in Adrian's blue eyes as he advanced towards her, reaching a hesitant hand to her shaking arm, but she shook his hold and her palm shot to Adrian's face in a forceful slap that broke the silence inside the room.

"Rhia—"

She cut him off with another slap to his face, ripping her arms away from Aaron's grasp when he tried to mediate. "Honestly, I haven't fully believed Quinn until tonight. I was hoping that she's wrong, that you two are nothing more than just friends. That I'm only overthinking things! But it looks like she's right, after all."
