Xin Li was bustling like ever before and even more so as the big celebration drew nearer to them. A few decorations were already being put up around the streets and all the official's wives and daughters were busy preparing for the dress they were going to wear. 

The kingdom was about to open for the first time in many years since what had happened. Since there was a new monarch, many things changed and one important thing was the relations between the four kingdoms was slowly returning to normal. 

Meanwhile, while other people were busy buying new clothes and new perfumes, a young figure sat watching people coming into her shop with her chin propped on her palm. Her usually small face was even smaller when she wore a large wool cloak around herself.

...Sigh, wasn't this the fourth line of today already? What was there so much to prepare for a mere celebration?
