Kapitel 9: Gemini's thinking
Pingguo's situation becomes increasingly complex and oppressive. She is faced with both an authoritarian boss, Yuanwei, and a toxic boyfriend, Yeongwon. Both men seem to exert control over her life, each in their own way. The fact that Yuanwei accepted the presence of the baby, Taiyang, in the office might show a more compassionate side of his personality, but he remains a complex character.
Yeongwon's possessive and manipulative behavior is clearly portrayed, and Pingguo seems trapped in this relationship. Her efforts to free herself or hide her situation fail, and she constantly finds herself caught between Yuanwei's expectations at work and Yeongwon's toxic demands in her personal life.
The plot intensifies with Taiyang's presence, adding a layer of complexity to the dynamics between the characters. The tension is palpable, and one can feel Pingguo's anxiety as she tries to juggle the different aspects of her life. The question remains: how will she manage to break free from these toxic relationships and regain control of her life?
