The pomegranate tree was planted outside of the garden; it shouldn't have belonged to anyone privately, so Nan Feng thought it was okay to pick some tender leaves. After picking the lower leaves, Nan Feng wanted to gather some from the top of the tree, but as it was somewhat tall, she needed to climb or use light-footed techniques to reach them.

She was about to climb the tree when suddenly a voice came from behind her, "Let me help you."

Turning around, Nan Feng saw a tall and skinny man standing beside her. Because of his height, he easily reached for the leaves at the tip of the tree.

The man quickly gathered a handful and handed them to Nan Feng, "Here you go."

"Thank you, and you are?" asked Nan Feng.

The stranger smiled, "Meeting is destiny, we are bound by fate."
