Kapitel 134: Goodbye, Father

Octavius was staring blankly at nothing while resting his head on his mate's buffed chest. He and his mate were standing outside the room where Louis is getting treated inside.

None of them could say anything because they were still not able to believe what happened. 

The empress and Alfred were also there because they were worried about their kids and when they found out what happened, they could not help but feel sorry for Louis and hope he makes it alive.

Aretha suddenly opened the door and came outside as Octavius immediately stood up properly because he was almost resting his entire body against his mate's who were holding him secure.

" Your majesty?" Aretha said while facing the emperor who seriously was feeling his heart shaking in fear " I'm sorry, I and the other doctors could not save his life because the arrow was filled with a deadly poison and that arrow shot his heart directly."
