Kapitel 98: CHAPTER 98

XAVIER'S POV

"What happened? Why is your face so white? Xavier? Are you okay? I can't have you fainting on me."

It felt like everything had stopped. No not the time. It was my heart that had paused. My breath that didn't want to come out. I knew time was going on. Because I knew, somewhere far away, Ophelia was suffering. Because of me. 

My sweet Ophelia was in pain because of me.

I wanted to scream out. What was flowing through my veins right now, it wasn't anger or grief or fear alone. It was a mixture of it. I hadn't felt something so strong in a while. And that didn't fail to scare me. I looked around me and saw people dancing without a care in the world. I saw Luna's concerned face staring at me. I saw red. 

I saw anger. 

Luco hurt the one person precious to me. The one person who I knew would die for me.
