A pale young woman lay on a bed in a white, brightly lit room, the window with white curtains swaying in the wind.

The beautiful lady on the bed, pale, but that did not detract from her natural beauty or the aura of nobility she exuded.

Her eyes moved, her fingertips did too, and in a few seconds, her eyes opened abruptly, revealing a pair of lively golden eyes with red highlights.

When Eliza awoke, the first thing she saw was the white ceiling of the room. As she looked to the sides, she noticed the equipment surrounding her. Machines only found in a hospital.

She found herself in the hospital. For a few seconds, her mind went blank, and then she remembered the face of the man carrying the bomb, which detonated only a few feet away from her.

Not knowing what happened next, she wanted to get up from the stretcher, but the intense pain in her body prevented her from doing so.
