Kapitel 103: The Victor

"Guurarara~"

"Sengoku, this war ends now. Victory is mine!" Whitebeard declares, holding off on further attacks as he looks toward his old friend.

"Huh?" Sengoku is momentarily taken aback, a sense of foreboding creeping into his heart.

The sight of Whitebeard's smile only strengthens this feeling.

"Oyaji!"

A thunderous voice interrupts the tense moment, drawing everyone's attention.

All eyes turn towards the spectacle approaching—an immense, whale-like ship cutting through the waves. It's none other than the Moby Dick!

"Is that... the Moby Dick?"

"How is this possible? How could Whitebeard's ship be here?"

"Does he have another trick up his sleeve?"

The Admirals are dumbfounded. They had stationed three warships to guard Whitebeard's Moby Dick, and even subdued the crew with seastone restraints. Logically, its appearance here shouldn't be feasible.

"The voice..."

"Hahahaha, well done, Namur! Now, let's make our escape!"

"Excellent job!"

As the Marines stand bewildered, Whitebeard's division commanders celebrate.

"It was the old man's orders. He tasked me with finding the Moby Dick. Everyone, to the beach! Prepare for evacuation!" shouts Namur, the 8th Division Commander, from the boat, clad in a blue Crimin shirt.

"Oyaji?" The other division commanders are stunned, newfound admiration in their eyes as they look at Whitebeard.

It becomes clear that Whitebeard had orchestrated everything, leading to the current turn of events.

"Guurarara~"

"Sons, get ready to evacuate!" Whitebeard laughs.

"Yeahhh!"

The crew swiftly responds, pushing back their adversaries and gathering together.

Observing this, Whitebeard raises his fist and slams it into the ground.

Boom!

The ground shatters, sending shockwaves rippling outwards. Marines are thrown aside as chunks of earth soar into the air.

"Move! Get out of the way!"

Sengoku's face paled as he bellowed, prompting the Admirals to quickly scatter.

Rocks hurtled through the air, accompanied by a deafening rumble, crashing into the sea and generating countless waves.

"Now's our chance!" Whitebeard announced, crouching before leaping into the air.

His crew members on the island followed suit, mirroring his ascent.

In the midst of this, Namur skillfully guided the Moby Dick in a straight line. As Whitebeard and his crew descended, they landed gracefully on the ship's bow.

"Damn it!" Sengoku, having just evaded an attack, turned to witness the scene with frustration etched on his face.

The Marines had exerted considerable effort to encircle Whitebeard. They had gathered all their elite combatants, and the World Government had deployed hundreds of PX-0 units simultaneously. If Whitebeard managed to slip away despite this concerted effort, both the World Government and the Marines would suffer a significant blow, losing their grip on the chaotic world.

"We can't let Whitebeard escape. Surround them with all available warships!" Sengoku commanded.

"Yes, sir!" the group of Admirals responded promptly.

As an Admiral, Aokiji rushed to the beach at top speed, his hands meeting the surface of the sea.

"Ice Age!" he intoned with a low voice.

The ultimate frost spread, enveloping the entire sea. The tumultuous waves were instantly frozen, hurtling towards the Moby Dick.

"Guurarara~" Whitebeard chuckled. "Sorry to disappoint you, Aokiji kid!"

With a swift sideways swing of his fist, Whitebeard unleashed a powerful punch into the air.

Boom!

The deafening sound reverberated, accompanied by a tremendous shockwave that shook the entire sea. The frozen surface shattered instantly, and the water surged forth once more, heading towards the small island.

Another punch from Whitebeard sent shockwaves that propelled the sea waves, crashing against the Moby Dick. The massive ship began to retreat, slowly distancing itself from the island.

"Guurarara~" Whitebeard laughed heartily from the bow. "Sengoku, my old friend, let's bid farewell for now!"

"Whitebeard!" Sengoku's roar echoed with anger and frustration.

Failed!

Once again, they had failed!

Just like during the Summit War, despite mustering their strongest forces, they couldn't prevent Whitebeard from escaping unscathed.

And this failure was several times more severe than the previous one.

Last time, the live broadcast was abruptly cut off in the middle of the war.

But this time?

The live broadcast captured everything from start to finish.

Now, people all over the world had witnessed the incompetence of the Marines and the World Government.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku couldn't imagine the chaos that would ensue in the world after today.

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, what should we do now?" Vice Admiral Momonga couldn't help but ask.

"Fleet Admiral, we can't let Whitebeard escape. The consequences would be unimaginable," other Vice Admirals expressed their concern anxiously.

"Leave PX-0 and ten warships to continue the Buster Call, and the rest will chase Whitebeard with me!" Sengoku commanded with a stern expression.

He knew trying to catch up with the warships in pursuit was nearly impossible.

Whitebeard was the ruler of the seas, and his Tremor Fruit's power could effortlessly create tsunamis. If they couldn't defeat him on land, it would be even more challenging at sea.

However, that was the extent of their capabilities for now.

At the same time, Sengoku ordered the Buster Call to continue, aiming to eliminate some pirates. This would help mitigate the embarrassment for the Marines and the World Government while providing an explanation to the public.

"Also, make sure to arrest Buena Festa, the mastermind behind this Festival. We can't afford to let him escape!" Sengoku stressed with a touch of frustration.

If Festa hadn't orchestrated this festival, Marine and the World Government's actions wouldn't have been broadcast live, avoiding such a huge embarrassment.

So, for this mastermind, Sengoku couldn't wait to bring him to justice.

"Yes!" the Admirals nodded in agreement.

The order was issued swiftly.

'Master of Festivities' Buena Festa, who planned this celebration, was swiftly arrested, and it was clear he wouldn't meet a good end.

The previously halted Buster Call also resumed its operation.

The remaining pirates on the island found themselves in distress, their cries filling the air as they faced their demise.

"Fortunately, I made the right choice," Trafalgar Law said while wiping sweat from his brow on a certain location on the island's beach.

When the Marines landed on the island, Law knew he had made the best decision by siding with Whitebeard and following him.

After Whitebeard and the Revolutionary Army left, Law quickly utilized his fruit power and arrived at the beach.

With all of Marine's forces in pursuit of Whitebeard, Law found himself free from their watchful eyes, giving him a chance to escape.

"However, I can't leave now," Law whispered to himself.

He still harbored a deep-seated desire for revenge against Donquixote Doflamingo, but he knew his own strength was not enough.

To achieve his goals, he had no choice but to rely on external forces.

"If I can use Whitebeard's power, then Mr. Corazon's hatred..." Law's eyes hardened with determination.

With resolve, he clenched his teeth and steered his ship in pursuit of the disappearing Moby Dick, solidifying the idea of joining the Whitebeard Pirates' fleet.
