Late night.

Kyle landed on top of the Police Building in the same late-night attire as previously. The reason for this action stemmed from the news he had received.

Upon Kyle's return to his room, Joshua handed him a newspaper containing a report on monster attacks. Reading through the news, Kyle realized that the patrols had overlooked his advice. It was understandable since his message had seemingly appeared out of nowhere. But at least he expected them to be cautious and communicate with each other, given that in both messages he implied he had sent another message.

Kyle, stealthily moving about, knelt down and used his magic to sense everything within the building. He then discovered two individuals in a room and opted to eavesdrop on their conversation.

“Thank you very much!”

“It is nothing. After all, you did well.”
