The World Barrier is not simple as it is the accumulation of faith and mana of the believers. It is also connected to the God of Protection casting it which means any damage to it will be felt by the one using it. The Goddess Bastet could be seen wincing in pain as she could feel the great damage that the Breath of Cataclysm has done to the barrier.

"Faithful followers of protection! The Dragon of Revelation is now trying us. Make sure that our resolve to protect the world is not something that could be easily shattered." The Goddess Bastet stated which everyone heard including the ones in battle with the Dragon of Revelation as the pocket dimension has been lifted.
