Kapitel 3: Chapter 3 Killer

[After being sure that your roommate mixed the drug, you decided to wait for his return.]

'I knew it was him, but this guy is really immature; he should have added the drug without touching the glass; this heart-silent drug dissolves without stirring; probably someone else forced him to do that,' Neil thought and nodded, his gaze becoming deeper looking at the further simulation.

[At 1:00 PM, your roommate returned and greeted you, but you saw a surprise and hidden secret through his body language, which prevents you from attacking and interrogating him. Then your teammate invited you to a meal; you nodded and followed him.]

[Outside the school gate, suddenly your teammate stopped beside a black car and then turned around and glanced at you. He apologized and said he really needed that money; just as you were surprised by the sudden apology of your roommate, you realized it was a trap, but it was already late—a bullet pierced through your skull.]

Seeing the simulation end with the bullet piercing through his skull outside the school gate,

Neil felt silent and then glanced at the time resumed around; the clock started ticking again.

"It's 7:53 right now; about five hours later my roommate will return; till then I have a lot of time; I can't go outside the room, but through this simulation I will find out everything about the killer lurking outside the school." Neil muttered thoughtfully and decided to simulate and solve everything in these five hours.

"Simulate again," Neil commanded, and time around him suspended; he walked and sat down on the bed calmly.

[Simulation Two]

[After knowing that killer is lurking outside the school gate, you decided to take a different approach. Upon your roommate's return, you immediately ambushed him, and after binding him, you started torturing him by breaking his fingers one by one.]

[You couldn't endure the torture; your roommate started revealing everything except his future moves; he admitted that he mixed the drugs; someone gave him the contact number, a drug packet, and one hundred gold coins.]

[Your roommate also revealed that he already informed the killer about your survival; he was then ordered to bring you out of the school near the school gate.]

[Just as you searched your roommate pockets in order to find the phone and see the contact number of the killer, you saw an ongoing call from the previous fifteen minutes on the phone.]

[When you found out your roommate movements are under surveillance, it was already late; the door of your dormitory burst open, and a few fully armed officers appeared inside the room, and they apprehended you.]

[When taking you outside the school gate, a bullet pierced through your skull]

'I didn't expect that; this killer is a little challenging; he used the officers to kill me,' Neil thought to himself, looking at the police force team arresting him.

Probably when he ambushed and tortured his roommate, the killer called the police and used them to let him reach outside the school gate.

After a while,

"It's going to be interesting; I will make your death an art." Neil muttered with a thrilling smile on his face; his heart raced thinking of the unknown killer.

"If I can't do anything inside the school, then I don't have any other option except going out." Neil spoke and then initiated the unlimited simulation again.

[Simulation 1.1]

[After knowing the both future possibilities of your decisions, you decided to follow your first decision and go outside the school along with your roommate.]

[Upon reaching near the black car outside the school, you paced up a little and stopped alongside your roommate and asked him for his phone. Your roommate gave you his phone, and after putting it in your pocket, you sat down immediately. You were successful in your plan; a bullet pierced through your roommate's heart instead of your skull.]

[You stood up and glanced at the direction from which the bullet arrived; you noticed a top floor of an unknown building; a wide smile appeared on your face; you finally found the location of the killer; then you ran toward the building.]

[After crossing the three streets, you finally reached the target, but you knew it was almost impossible to locate the killer in the hotel named King's in front of you].

[After knowing the killer code of conduct, you knew the killer would leave the hotel in a while; you decided to wait for him.]

[You also heard the sirens; you decided to ignore them.]

[On the other hand, after visiting your dormitory, the officers and police department declared you as an accomplice of the killer based on the evidence in the room and the roommate phone in your possession.]

[You were arrested]

Neil speechlessly glanced at his arrest at the end of the simulation.

'It feels like the whole world is malicious against me; am I a manace?' He thought and then sighed,

Neil then glanced at the evidence in the room, the glass, the broken phone, and the packet.

"What if I remove the evidence?"

"Start the simulation again," Neil commanded.

[Simulation Three]

[You removed all the evidence before your roommate returned, then you left the room alongside him, and this time you didn't ask for his phone; instead, you sat down at the exact moment. You were successful in your plan; the bullet pierced through your roommate's heart.]

[Instead of running toward the building, you decided to stay beside the black car and act disturbed and frightened].

[After a while, sirens rang and officers appeared at the scene; they appeased you, and an ambulance took away your roommate's corpse.]

[The officer wanted to record your testimony and ask some questions related to your roommate; after staying silent for a while, you gave a statement that you don't know anything about your roommate's private life.]

[After asking a few questions like your roommate's enemies, anyone your roommate knew, or any suspicious relatives of your roommate, you stated again that you don't know anything about your roommate by shaking your head.]

[The officers were disappointed; they thought you were frightened by your roommate's murder; that's why you aren't cooperating with them; finally, they left after giving you the contact numbers.]
