Kapitel 41: INTEL I

DAMIEN'S POV:

As I entered the infirmary, the air was heavy with the scent of antiseptic and healing herbs. Aria lay on the bed, pale and fragile, her eyes closed as if in peaceful slumber. Yet, I knew the battle she had fought had taken a toll on her, both physically and mentally.

I approached her bedside, my heart heavy with concern. Carefully, I began to assess her injuries, starting with the wound on her abdomen where the ice had pierced her skin. Gently, I cleaned the area with a disinfectant solution, wincing at the sight of the deep gash. With steady hands, I began to bandage her wound, ensuring it was securely wrapped to prevent infection.

Next, I moved on to her arms and legs, checking for any additional injuries she may have sustained during the battle. Thankfully, there were no major wounds, only minor bruises and scrapes that would heal with time. Still, I applied soothing ointments to ease her discomfort, careful not to cause her any further pain.
