Kapitel 71: More than Confusing

Lucas' face was still buried in his hands and he didn't look up when the ringing of a phone filled the house. This was the fifth time it was ringing and he guessed the person was calling for an important reason but he didn't care. All he could think of was that Imani was gone. A couple of minutes ago, he had been kissing her like his life depended on it but now she was gone.

"Lucas. What are we going to do?" Vinay asked as a howl filled the air when the phone stopped ringing and Lucas swallowed. He knew he had to call her family but what was he going to say to them? Hi, sorry to bother you but Imani is dead?

According to the internet, her parents died in an accident a couple of years ago and the only other family she had was her brother, Desmond. He felt really awful about Desmond receiving the news that his sister was dead.
