 When Viona and Rei were about to return to the Belfast Royal Palace, Arthur uttered that sentence because he was curious about the punishment that would befall Kiel. Various rope locks had locked him and left a small space to carry his body.

 Arthur could only say that short sentence before Rei leap on her horse.
