Kapitel 43: The Rescue Is Here!

At noon, someone knocked on Yao Ran's door. She stopped what she was doing and went to open the door. Seeing it was Zhou Ruilin, she asked, "Sister Zhou, what's wrong?"

Zhou Ruilin looked worried and asked, "Miss Yao, can you take a look at Shu Shu? He seems to have a fever again."

Yao Ran nodded, went to get the medicine bag, and came back. 

"Let's go."

After locking the door, she followed Zhou Ruilin to her home. Yao Ran checked Chi Shu and found that he not only had a fever but also had a rash. The five-year-old boy was lying on his small bed, looking very weak and fragile.

Yao Ran covered him with a thin quilt and looked at Zhou Ruilin, "Shu Shu is weak, and his immunity is deficient. He has a cold and a fever. Do you have any medicine at home?"

Zhou Ruilin nodded and quickly went to get the medicine box. Yao Ran opened the box and was surprised to find that the children's medicines were quite complete.
