A genius vs a monster
Kakashi didn't know, that it is bad luck or good luck that he was standing just above the place from where cold wind along with nine tails Chakra started leaking.
He was the only shinobi who sensed the change in atmosphere.
The low temperature was one thing but the one thing that he could never forget was the malovalent Chakra of the nine tails demon Fox. That night he lost his father figure. The fox that took away his sensei from him was sealed into his sensei's daughter. But Kakashi was not an idiot. He hated the fox. But he didn't hate their daughter. He was not dumb. He didn't fault her, for how she has turned out.
And now he was facing both of the things at the same time.
At first he was very confused when he sensed the Chakra coming from the ground. But then it clicked in his mind.
'it must be that bastard Danzo !'
Kakashi was not aware about every hideout of the root. But he knew about their existence from his seniors in Anbu during his newbie days.
He immediately turned to the nearest shinobi.
"Quick ! Go and inform Hokage sama that there is an abnormality under the ground. Tell him that it is related to kyubi. He will understand everything else. Go quick !" The chunin immediately hurried away.
'That old fart must have done something with Naruko. So far Hokage sama has been protecting her. I hope that she is safe.' Kakashi thought in his mind as he prepared his newly invented lightning Jutsu.
"Purple lightning !" Kakashi has surpassed the Pinnacle of lightning nature transformation. Not even professor the god of shinobi, Hiruzen Sarutobi has reached this level of lightning nature transformation. Mixing yang Chakra into lightning nature, he has created the purple lightning. A Jutsu that held a lot of destructive power than his Chidori or raikiri. It was one of the two jutsus he has managed to create after learning infusing his yin and yang chakra into his lightning nature transformation.
Kakashi's jutsu created a massive hole in the ground as he fell down into a massive maze like system. He clicked his tongue and switched his jutsu from purple lightning to chidori. One layer after another, he destroyed every single obstacle that came in his way. But suddenly he felt a chill running down his spine. And not a moment after that a wave of extremely cold air slammed into him. The wind speed was not that high. But the temperature was so low that the walls around him started to freeze instantaneously. He could see the water vapours turning into ice. Ice started to form on his skin. Kakashi knew that if he didn't do something quick then he will die.
Fortunately, he was not helpless.
Lightning Chakra coursed through his entire body, as he mixed it with his yin chakra.
"Lightning style shiro senko !" Kakashi's entire body was covered in white light as his already spiked hair stood up even more. Lightning crackled throughout his entire body as the cold became ineffective. His blood stopped freezing as his speed increased drastically.
Not only his physical speed but also his perceptional speed and reaction speed also increased drastically.
Kakashi had created this move by taking inspiration from the lightning Chakra more of the Raikage. If the hidden cloud village figured out about it, then they will want his head at any cost. But currently that was not his problem. His main problem was the down side of this Jutsu. Due to the lightning Chakra, his natural perception reached to the level where he could perceive everything around him even better than his sharingan, without actually using it. But it has a rather big price. His Chakra drained much faster. In fact currently he could only maintain this form for eight minutes before he passes away from chakra exhaustion.
So he sealed away his sharingan and decided to end things quickly.

(AN: The shadow clone in the underground lab is going to be called Death two.)
Death two looked at the man she has least expected. Kakashi hatake. His current form was impressive. In fact Death two wanted to fight him for real. Unfortunately she can't risk her plans. But that doesn't mean that she doesn't have other ways to enjoy a fight.
She immediately created a shadow clone and dashed towards Kakashi with her full speed. But unlike what she has expected, Kakashi easily dodged her attack and counterattacked aiming to knock her out.
Kakashi understood the situation very quickly and his next attack was aming for a fatal blow. But Esdeath was not a slouch. Even though her body was not best for fighting right now, she immediately tensed her leg muscles and jumped away from the attack.
In her child like body it was hard to fight. But that doesn't mean she can't face someone like Kakashi, Death one already noticed that the technique her opponent was using, was taking a lot of Chakra. But compared to that, his reserves were really pathetic. It is the shame that he lacks Chakra.
Death two decided to fight him at his fullest.
She froze Kakashi's legs. Kakashi managed to break free from the ice, but it took him a second to release himself. And that was a fatal mistake. The next moment Death two vanished from her position and appeared behind Kakashi.
Kakashi turned to strike back. But it was already foo late. Both of them disappeared from the spot, leaving another shadow clone to guard the place.

AN: Kakashi's shiro senko means white flash and you can compare it to the God speed of Killua. I have made Kakashi stronger than his canon self. But I have a solid reason behind it. You will know it in future.
And this fight is just starting.
Don't worry, I will finish this arc very soon. There will be two fights. First, Kakashi vs Death two and Second, Esdeath vs Hiruzen.
