Kapitel 15: Ch 15 : Second Ninja world war start

Time passed, and soon, the second ninja war finally came.

It was year 52, and Sasori, Chisaki, and Konan were seven years old now.

This time, the reason for the second ninja war was none other than because of the huge disparity of the economy between the ninja villages.

Iwa and Kumo declared war on Konoha, and Suna, who was stuck between them was eventually dragged along by the three other great ninja villages.

The Third Kazekage at first wanted to try to avoid some confrontation, but soon Iwa and Kumo decided to make an alliance, and the two threatened that they would change their target to Suna if Suna didn't join their siege against Konoha.

With two big villages aiming their gun at Suna's neck, the Third Kazekage had no other choice but to agree to Iwa and Kumo's proposal.

The current Suna was strong, but it would still be problematic if they were to face two big ninja villages at the same time and had Konoha with Danzo observing them from afar.

The second Great Ninja war had begun, but to Chisaki and the others who were still in the academy, things didn't concern them that much.

They still played, trained, and enjoyed their academy time just like usual.

Fast forward, it was almost a year since the Second Ninja war started, and the Second Ninja war had entered its peak.

The Four great villages confronted each other, and the middle of them was Amegakure, led by the DemiGod Hanzo.

Among all the ninja participating in the war, Chisaki's father was one of them. He had said that he wanted to retire as his household now had a pretty good income from farming and gardening, but the village was undersupplied in terms of combat power, and the higher-ups specially requested him to participate in the battle.

In the end, with Chisaki pulling some strings with the Third Kazekage, Chisaki's father was only tasked with the deliverance of supplies and did not directly join the battlefield.

Another month passed by, and now there were some rumors flying around that said the situation had turned a bit unfavorable for Suna, and it wouldn't take that long for them to surrender.

The atmosphere in the village itself was already pretty bad, but somehow, Chisaki had a really bad feeling that he couldn't let go of no matter what he did.

It was during the night when the rain came to Suna, and Chisaki had just gone back from training.

Since the start of the war, Chisaki had increased his training by a lot, and now he was able to maintain the earth dragon armor form without resting for almost two hours non-stop.

Chisaki had just arrived at his own home when he saw a lot of people was surrounding his house.

The bad feeling that he couldn't get rid of got even stronger now, and Chisaki squeezed himself Through the crowd with his physical advantage.

He soon reached the entrance of his house, but what greeted him was a piece of bad news.

In front of his house, the cold-corpse of his father was lying motionless, and Konan was crying on the side.

Since he came to the ninja world, Chisaki had known that human life is fragile, and things would be like this sooner or later.

However, knowing things and going through them was an entirely different thing.

When Chisaki saw his father's cold corpse, he felt his world was shaking.

' This is a lie right...'

' Yes, this must be the old man Third Kazekage trying to pull a prank on me.'

' father is in the supply troops, and he is a Jonin, so he should be safe, right.'

'There's no reason for him to come back as a corpse like this. It was all a bad joke..'

Refusal and rejection soon appeared on Chisaki's mind.

He tried to reject the fact that he saw with all the logic he found in his mind, but his heart couldn't be deceived.

The moment he saw the corpse, tears began to flow down from his eyes.

Chisaki, at this time, just realized how much things really meant to him.

It was said that you only realized the true value of someone when you lost him, and this saying perfectly applied to the current Chisaki.

he had always taken his father for granted, from when he cooked his food, played with him, or even trained him. And now that his father has passed away, all he could feel was regret.

He regretted that he didn't spend more time with his father and enjoy his company. He regretted that he didn't force the Third Kazekage to cancel his father's deployment, and at the very end, he regretted that he never said to his father just how much he meant to him.

For Chisaki, who was an orphan in his previous life, his father was his only blood relative in these two worlds, and now he had lost his only blood relative once again.

He was alone in this world again, with no relative to back him up.

Chisaki, who had gone through two lives, cried. It was the first time he cried like this.

He tried to let go of all his pain and suffering by crying, but in the end, it didn't even diminish one bit, even after he cried for hours.
