You walk back to the hospital in a daze. You still can not believe what just happened to you. You are now officially Nick's girl and everything changed in one second. From being miserable to being completely and totally in love. You can not imagine living a life without Nick by your side and you intend to never lose him again.

Then you remember what just happened to Helena and that you still need to remove the fetus. The moment you walk into the hospital, extreme sadness fills your heart. You look towards Helena and see complete despair written on her face. You can not help feeling sad for her despite what you know just happened to Nick. She has lost her boyfriend, her baby, and her fake boyfriend all in one day. You can not help feeling like you should watch her closely as she might do something to herself to hurt herself.
