Leo stepped into the courtroom with Mr. Miller by his side while wearing a cold look on his face. His appearance pulled the attention of everyone in the room, causing them to look their way.
Lisa sat beside her attorney dressed in a black ladies' suit, stuck to her body which revealed a lot of curves. She sat with her legs crossed, and her temperament remained flawless until Leo stepped into the room.
He walked forward and looked straight without batting an eye. Even with all eyes on him, Leo gracefully led his client in with confidence brimming in his eyes. Upon seeing him Lisa rose to her feet with fear visible in those eyes.
Of all the attorneys who her ex-husband could have used it had to be this one. The only reason she didn't file his case in the Whites Associate Law firm was because she didn't want Leo to find out she is married.
Who would have thought it would backfire?
"What are you doing here?" She asked with fearful eyes as Leo walked past her.
Seeing Leo wasn't going to give a response initially, she grabbed him by the hand, but Leo shook her hands off without effort.
"What else do you think? I have come to defend my client." Leo said in an indifferent tone. As soon as he said this, he walked past her with Mr. Miller by his side.
She stood on the spot, frozen and rendered speechless. Fear could be seen in her eyes as her gaze was pinned on Leo's give
---
"Do you know her from somewhere?" Mr. Miller couldn't help but ask as soon as he and Leo sat down.
His wife seemed more shocked to see an unknown Lawyer than she was to see him. That was something he couldn't ignore and had to inquire, but Leo only shrugged his shoulders in response and said nothing more.
He waited patiently for the court session to start before presenting the only evidence he had which turned out to be the only evidence he needed. Leo sat in court with a proud smile.
The entire court fell silent while they watched everything happening. The judge kept stealing glances at Leo while everyone watched in silence. The lady who had filed for a divorce ended up losing the opportunity to make way with tens of millions because of a single night's worth of fun.
Both Lisa and Mr. Miller were broken by what they saw in court, but Leo didn't seem to care anymore. Mr. Miller is set to keep all of his property and what happens to Lisa after this is none of his business.
Ding.
While the court was set ablaze by what was happening, Leo's attention was pulled away by a text coming from an unknown number that he could recognize perfectly.
"Dominic." Leo muttered with a frown especially since he knew Dominic would never contact him directly unless something wrong happened.
Since it was a text, Leo didn't bother opening it for now. The case didn't last long as the recording was enough evidence to prove that Lisa had been disloyal during her time with Mr. Miller, as such she had no right to half of his property.
While the judgment was given out, Leo could see the hunger in the eyes of the judge each time she looked his way. The video they all watched did not only prove to the world that Lisa cheated, but it also showed the world that he is not just a pretty boy.
Practically all the ladies who watched the video envied Lisa and would be willing to give up a million dollars just to be in her position.
Either way, the miracle lawyer has struck again. Winning another case in a single seating!

The case ended, giving Leo the opportunity he needed to go through the text. It turns out that a small party within their forces got into a scuffle with the police which led to a shooting that resulted in the death of a policeman.
If there is something Leo understood clearly as someone who is a part of the system is that no rebellion within a country can ever be bigger than the country. Their gang may be something massive when in their territory but compared to the United States or even Florida they are nothing.
The country can snuff them out effortlessly whenever they wish to.
Leo understood these things and that's why he preferred to keep a low profile until his strength meets the challenge ahead, but it seems these people have pulled the challenge he has been desperately trying to avoid toward them.
"Fucking morons!" Leo growled as he drove through the streets of Florida with a deep frown on his face.
He has been calling Dominic ever since he left the court, but there has been no response from his side. Understanding the fear these people have for him, he knew Dominic wouldn't do something like this unless something actually happened.
As expected after ten to twenty minutes Dominic called back.
"Talk..." Leo demanded with a vicious tone.
"Boss... It's the warehouse in Tallahassee..." Dominic made an abrupt pause as if contemplating whether to talk or not.
"What happened?" Leo paled as he felt fear for the very first time in his life.
"The warehouse at Tallahassee was raided by the cops. No one expected them to make a move after one of our goons killed a cop only last night. We lost Lucid Heaven worth millions" Dominic's voice rang from the other side which made Leo frown.
He wasn't surprised since he saw this coming a mile away. He expected this kind of response from the police. What he found funny is that these fools are still unaware of the danger looming around them.
This is only the beginning and Leo understood this more than everyone.
"Have our falcons spread out. Stop sales and focus on information gathering. We need to make sure we lose nothing more than what we have already lost. Everyone is ordered to lie low until I say otherwise. Keep me updated on everyone's movement within our territory!" Leo said with blood-red eyes.
He quickly drove home and ran into his room, throwing his wardrobe door open. Even though he has given them the order to lie low, Leo knows the police will be the ones to strike.
"Most likely tonight!" Leo's eyes blazed with cruelty as his hands reached for something different from his usual attires.
Whatever is happening now will pull the Underworld leader into the light and for that, he must be prepared to receive the world at his best.
