Kapitel 38: The Last Good Bye (1)

~Daniel POV~

"Let's start our discussion with the 'TOP SECRET' file now and we have to start with the video in this thumb drive." I say to get their attention now.

I click on the file folder that was inside the thumb drive now. We can see a few video in the folder. I click one of the video called '(1) - Richard & Daniella'.

The video started playing, we all greeted by my wife parents together with her grandparent. Her mother face looks so much alike but she is a version of my wife in middle age woman. Only my wife eyes took a version of her father.

"My precious son and daughter... If you seen this video means that both of you have already received the deed that we have left for both of you. We are really sorry for the burden and the dangerous situation that we have left to your life. We are truly sorry for this. I think we need your grandpa will have to explained all that happen to our family. Both of you need to know all the details on the situation that we are in." Then her grandpa started to speak.

"My Grandchild... I'm sorry for what had happen to our family. All this will not happen if I just keep my expertise and Excellencies for my own good. I am not someone that can just look at the wrong doing like it was the right thing to do. And, I can't just keep all I've known to be buried with me alone while people will suffers without even someone try to make things right. I'm not an Evil and selfish man. I can't just watch our future generation to be defiled by those evil people. Because of this information will be the greatest downfalls for a certain someone with a big name and big organisation. It does also have to be digging out from our country before it is too late for the future of our generations. You are all the future generation that will have to continue my fight against them. With all the information that I have, all you have to do now is to find more hole in their movement and get more evidence. After that you all can find someone that we can truly trust to reveal all the wrong doing they have done and I know all of you are capable more than me." He continued.

"By now, I think both of you have already meets with two of my best friend Mr. Lester Han and Mr. Dante Stephan."

"My Grandson Richard, I'm sorry for separating you from your little sister. I'm sorry for sending you off to our most trusted husband and wife shadow guards, Mr. Robert and Mdm. Jasey. They are my most excellent fighter in my 'Shadow Guard' group. The idea is to make sure you will be ready for this upcoming battle that has been started by me. We ask them to give you all the love and care that we can't provide to you while you grown up to be a better man as you do in the future. We are truly sorry for living you with the responsibility that needs you to work hard for it. You probably will blame me the most because of my selfishness that brought you all into this problem that shouldn't be your responsibility in the first place. I am truly sorry." Grandpa Johnson bows his head as he says his sorry to Richard. I can see that Richard has tears in the corner of his eyes.

"My Granddaughter Daniella, I have left you in Grandpa Lester custody because he is one of the most silence guys among us. I and your grandpa Dante always called him as the 'Lab Guy'. He also always wants to have just ordinary family life that is peace and quiet. So, after the war, he decided that he just want to have a family far away from any disturbance or conflicts. He bring his wife to the country that you and your adoptive family live in now. He also asks me not to reveal anything about him to his little brother Leslie. He doesn't want him to be in any danger or be drag together with him if there is conflicted arise from his experiment that always attracted problem with the high profile organisation. He asks your grandpa Dante to take him as one of his staff and keep him save." He continued.

"As for your Grandpa Dante, we call him the 'Romeo Guy'. He is someone that always has idea to flirt with beautiful woman. He sometime get problem because of his cheesiness flirt. But after he found his one true love, he settle down completely as one of the most loyal guy he can be. He started his own business after his fall in love with his wife. He also has a Grandson that is older two years from you. I don't send either of you to him to be his custody is because I do not want him to be conflict from my mistake. I don't even tell him anything about the problem that I have been through. I only ask him to be my most trusted share holder in one of my corporation. I ask him to help me if there were anything to happen to me. He keeps on asking me why... but I didn't tell him anything regardless." I can see the conflict and loneliness in his eyes.

"I just don't want our enemy to be triggered so much more and hunting one by one of my most loyal friend. As for Lester, after the war... both of us... Dante and I did not contact him much. So, the enemy don't know much about him because he is the most low profile friend that I have after the war." He continued.

"Now, Richard... I think you and my grandson-in-law already read the information in the 'TOP SECRET FILE'. I don't know how much that you both has digested on the info. But, I think you both will have the idea how to counter attack our enemy with this information. He has so many underlings under him in the government that you know with his position in our country. So, all of you need to be careful in advance before you revealing any of the info to outsider because we can't take any risk if there is any loophole or any spy from the enemy side." Grandpa says more.

My wife now has teary eyes. I hold and intertwined my finger with my wife. I caress her hand as I can feel she relaxed a little bit after that.

"As you can see, you can see other file video in this thumb drive. You can watch other video to know more about our enemy movement. Even though the video is a little bit blur, but you still see it clearly. After you watch the video, you will know why the enemy do not want this info to be release. So, this is it. These will maybe our last good bye... So... Once again, I'm sorry my most precious grandson and granddaughter... for taking our precious family time from all of us. I'm really... really sorry... I love both of you the most..." he bows his head again with his teary eyes and hug his wife shoulder. "I love both of you ... Richard and Daniella... You are our most precious germ in this whole world." Say her grandmother. All of them are now sobbing. Then my parent-in-law started to say something.

"My Son and my daughter... As your grandpa says... This is maybe our last good bye... We love you both... you are our priceless treasure that we have in this entire world. Promise us that you both will always be good brother and sister to each other. My son-in-law... Please take good care of my precious daughter and I know you will... We will always pray for your happiness and your safety..." Say my father-in-law.

"Richard and Daniella... Please always take good care of your health... Always take your meal on time... Richard... I know you must still be single now because of your stubbornness... Please promise mother that you will find your own happiness... Daniella... Please always stay true with yourself and I know you will be love by everyone beside you... My son-in-law... It's a bit awkward for me to say anything to you because as for now... My precious daughter is only 5 years old... but I need to tell you how much I had tried to imagine how beautiful my daughter will be on her wedding day... But... neither of us able to attend her wedding day... not even my maternal family side... What had done cannot be undone... So... my only request will be... please.... please.... please Love her for eternity... and promise me that you will always stay by her side no matter what will come in the future... I love you all... "

After her last sentence all we can see is their hugging each other and in their heart breaking sobbing... Then the video stop...
