Kapitel 123: One Hundred and Twenty-Third

"Are you ready?!" The tall fae woman shouted out in a voice both eager and commanding.

The gathered fae cheered in response, cheering and shouting loudly as one voice.

Emily had no idea what she was watching, but...

Their eagerness was so overwhelmingly intense it was almost infectious. As if their excitement could be so raw and powerful that she might feel excited too, despite not understanding at all why she ought to be.

The tall fae woman holding the torch grinned, her eyes twinkling brightly. "Alright!"

Emily glanced nervously over at Merwyn beside her, who grinned at her and squeezed her hand tightly.

He winked. "This will be so cool~! It's one of the most fun parts of the Fae Holiday~!"

"U-Uhuh...?"

"Focus!" The tall female fae yelled out in a commanding tone, causing the crowds of fae to turn their eyes towards her, "Prepare yourselves! Once we have finished our preparations, we will move onto the dance!"
