Kapitel 161: One Hundred and Sixty-First

"Wifey!" Merwyn burst into their rooms in the inn, where Adrien sat and worked at the small table.

After their little trip around the town, they'd returned back to the room and she'd been relaxing in the bed, reading some local book Adrien had offered her. Merwyn and Kieran had left to go get some more supplies, because Merwyn was always restless and Kieran had nothing better to do.

Merwyn bursting into the room instantly shouting for her made her startle and drop her book on the bed.

Before she could say anything, the startled awake katsith yowled and shouted at Merwyn in anger. "RRAOOOWWW!!!"

"You've upset Mia-! Don't just storm in yelling for me like that..." She hissed at him, shooting the fae an unamused look.

"Wifey, I brought you gifts." He ignored Mia, as he often did, to get up onto the bed beside her. He held his hands out and opened his palms, revealing a handful of flowers that...almost didn't seem real.
