Tora Syno was someone born in the world of My Hero Academia, a world where heroes and villains existed. Tora, since the moment he was able to walk, aspired to be a hero.
However, it wasnt meant to be since he was born without a quirk, or so it was thought. He quickly learned that his quirk was one that completely negated the quirk of others as long as they were within range, a range that he could control himself.
Using this quirk, Tora fights to fulfill his dream of becoming the number one hero in the entire world!!!

I am lazy to write a more elaborated review, just know this is a harem and a good novel. Deku doesn't exist in this world, so I am kind of curious to see what will happen with everyone else.
