Kapitel 57: Five Days

After my battle with the Ant Queen, I let my mind drift into darkness. My body was battered and broken and riddled. I could be saved if it were just that, but I had far overused my abilities. The recoil of using body activation past my limits took a different kind of toll with a heavier price.

I'll admit, I wasn't expecting things to end this way, but there are worse ways to go out. I protected those close to me and killed all of my enemies. It was a death I could be proud of. If I had any regrets, it would be that I didn't get to spend more time with everyone.

People have different takes on what happens after you die. Some people believe you go to different places based on how you lived your life, Some people believe in reincarnation, and some people believe that nothingness is what exists at the end of our lives.

If that's the case, then what is this dark void I'm in? It doesn't exactly fit any of those previous descriptions.
