"Don't worry. I'll protect you. You'll be fine," Chen Chen promised as he looked at Bai Ran.

"How are you going to protect me? You're not by my side all the time. You bumped into me last time coincidentally." Bai Ran pouted.

"Didn't I save you too?!" Chen Chen laughed. Some things were not completely confirmed yet. He did not want to say more, and he did not want Bai Ran to come into contact with these dark sides.

"Look, this is already cold. Can I eat it?" Chen Chen looked at the snowflake nougats on the plate and was a little expectant. "I didn't eat it last time. I have to taste your cooking properly this time."
