Kapitel 255: A horde at the gates

With the Goblin King at his side, Renace marched forward without fear. When he had been driven out of the Guild House, he was all alone, but now he had an entire army of Goblins at his disposal.

Xander watched from the shadows and feared for Tiva's safety as the Goblin Horde marched toward the gates of Florentia. The heavy clang of the gong soon sounded across the city, alerting the citizens and guards.

The City Guards were Florentia's first line of defense and expected to fight till the last man. However, they had only fought roving bands of bandits and rogue mercenaries till now. This coupled with their lack of training had made them complacent and sluggish.
