Aubrey nodded. She understood that feeling. Back when Rhyland had broken up with her and seemingly gotten together with Natasha, Aubrey had been extremely bitter. She thought that the man's words about forever were all lies. At that time, she had wanted Rhyland to suffer as she had. She didn't want him to be happy with his new love. So she totally got where Ricky was coming from. It was just that Ricky had been acting so normally thus far that Aubrey thought everything was fine. The man did not seem down or sad or bitter. 

"What I can't get over is the fact that Bev went on with her life like nothing happened. She lost me as a lover and as a friend but it didn't faze her at all." Ricky said with a wry laugh.
