At first, there's only Chaos. The Chaotic energy just swarm in every direction, making the space tough for anything or any being to exist. Thus one fated day, there's a being suddenly arrive in the middle of Chaos. It wield a strangely shape axe, with a very dark hue on its blade. The being is gigantic, with sun as his eye size as comparison. Every breath ruffles the Chaos in space, making them ripple. It's every inch of body shows mass of muscular tone that oozes strength. With only a linen cloth on its waist and a giant axe in its hand balanced on shoulder, it glared at the center of Chaos. Calculating gaze in its eye, breathing in steady rhythm like it's preparing to do something. Suddenly, the being close its eye, calm expression on its face. A moment pass by and the being suddenly open its eye, sucking in the biggest breath it could!!! With a step forward, it roar loudly, so loud that it echos through vast surrounding space, attracting the being around the periphery of the whole Chaos space!!! All being open up their eye and gaze toward the middle of all things, the centre of their world that span countless universe. All of them saw a being, lifting up his axe while running towards the centre of Chaos, trying to do the impossible!!! With a leap, the being swipe his great axe down to the intangible centre of the Chaos and with the greatest shock of all the being, where they saw the once in their lifetime where some being manage to reach the centre and finally challenge the impossible!! Yet, it's being done for the axe wielding being managed to hit the intangible core of Chaos and the axe cleave the core into two!! With the core being damage, the surrounding Chaotic energy like being injected chicken blood, it goes excited and all the being feels like something momentous will happen. At the next moment, the being with axe sucks another breath and roar it's victory shout! Looking at all the surrounding being with its blazing divine gaze, it spoke for the first time. The being balance it's axe on its shoulder while sweating like waterfall, said, "Fella!!! First, there's a few novel with mc as island farmer novel!!! Now it's the novel with mc as city owner!!! The book is Nostolgicly bad. chapter 1-15 is about mc getting various bonuses and most of them are irrlevant. 15-25 mc starts fighting monsters. Nothing much is going on in this novel. Go next

I haven't read this book yet but I found myself intrigued by the synopsis and thought, "That would really suck if the MC is gay🤭. With his city full of females, it would be a disaster in waiting if the MC ever took his bf in his city. Not only will he have to guard his bf from the girls, but he also have to guard his chastity from hundreds/thousands of females 😉"

This is translation review, not novel review. If you are not familiar with it, webnovel has started westernizing most of the novels in 2021. This is awful practice that kills original novel. At best you get only names, places and organizations westernized and at worst you get half novel gutted and other half totally rewritten by translator. With best case scenario you get only names, places and organizations westernized which introduces plotholes cause while names are westernized, actual writing and character culture arent. You get chinese way of thinking, chinese places and organizations translated into most famous western (USA) alternatives and as a result you see absurdity. And with the worth case scenario, you are not actually reading original authors work, but some "translators" plagiarization cause half novel is removed (sometimes critical explanations) and other half is badly rewritten. And cause this requires so much work compared to normal translation, either webnovel is stealing original authors work and rewriting it (cause most of those novels dont come from qidian) or they are just using translators that dont know chinese so they are rewriting story with help of MTL (seen too many edited MTL translations lately on webnovel). overall any westernized novel deserves automatic 1 star review.
