Kapitel 16: Quest Completed!
The sun had already set as the moon rose to the sky and the stars surrounded it. The night was a cloudless one as the moonlight lit the park revealing hundreds of men wearing Tenjiku uniforms standing in line.
Sounds of bikes echoed as no one in the area dared to peek outside their window in fear. Eight bikes stopped near the gate of the park as the members of Tenjiku gave way.
Nine people entered the park and the one to lead them was non-other than Arakan, behind him was Izana who was followed by Kakucho, Hanma, the Haitani brothers, Taiju, and lastly Inupi and Kokonoi.
All of them were wearing Icy Blue long coats with the Tenjiku symbol on the back. Above the symbol was the Kanji for the first generation and below it was the Kanji for the World.
In the park there was a heightened platform Arakan stood on the highest one as Izana and Kakucho got behind rest of the founders were standing below them.
"It was just yesterday when the Tenjiku was completed. Ex-members of Black Dragon, Black Ogre and other gangs from now on you are all a part of Tenjiku!" Arakan yelled out loud with a huge grin on his face.
"We will decimate anyone in our path and our rise is inevitable! From on I Arakan the Leader and Founder of Tenjiku hereby declare you all the members of the first generation of Tenjiku!" Arakan yelled out loud as the members cheered along.
"Tenjiku Vice Captain! Kurokakwa Izana!"
"Tenjiku's First Heavenly King! Kakucho!"
"Tenjiku's Second Heavenly King! Haitani Ran!"
"Tenjiku's Third Heavenly King! Haitani Rindou!"
"Tenjiku's Vangaurd Leader! Hanma Shuji!"
"Tenjiku's Strike Division Leader! Shiba Taiju!"
"Tenjiku's Executive! Inui Seishu!"
"Tenjiku's Treasurer! Kokonoi Hajime!"
"First we will take down any other delinquents in our way and then sweep over the underworld of Tokyo, no matter who stands against us whether they are Yakuza or Mafia! "
"Tejiku's path will be the absolute one! This world is going to be ours! Now follow me your leader on this path!" Arakan yelled out loud as the members started to cheer with him.

Nobody in the area managed to get proper sleep due to the constant shouting of Tenjiku's members however they were too afraid to complain about it after all who in the right mind would try to offend four hundred men on their own.

"Arakan are we really going to take on Tokyo's underworld?" Inui asked after the meeting was over and only the core members remained.
"heh" Arakan gave a smirk as he stood up.
"Inupi, we are going to take on much more, much much more!"
"Inupi! Tokyo is just the start we are going to rule this whole world!" Arakan exclaimed as he spread out his arms.
"Do you think we can do this?" Taiju was the one who asked as he looked towards Arakan with a serious face.
"Iza-chin, Kaku-chan, Hanma, Taiju, Haitani brothers, Kokonoi and Inupi," Arakan said their names as they all looked towards him.
"With you guys by my side I can take over the heavens" Arakan declared with a serious face as core members of Tenjiku grinned.
'Heaven...hell the three factions...I will make sure that we get it all!'

"In anyways now to pave the wave of Tenjiku's top we are going to take on any and every top gang out there," Arakan said as he sat on the step.
"In a few days our place will be ready as well after that the funds of Tenjiku are going to be rather low, Kokonoi I believe that you can handle that right?" Arakan asked as he looked towards Kokonoi.
"You bet" Kokonoi responded with a smirk.
"Now then it is time to disperse I have to take care of some things at home," Arakan said as he stood up.
"Arakan! I and Kakucho will stay here for the time being with the rest you can go sort out the princesses." Izana said with a smile as Arakan looked at them with a pout.
"man...fuck you all," Arakan said as he gave them all the middle finger and walked towards the home.
"Princesses eh? who knew someone who looked innocent like him would be a player" Ran commented.
"To be honest I doubt if he even knows what s*x is at all" Kakucho said as he let out a sigh.
"eh!? you serious?" Ran asked astonished.
"Yeah, he has been training his body like a mad man since he could walk he barely managed to common sense a few years ago he was a wild beast.," Izana said as he stretched out his hands in the air.
"Wait how old is he anyway?" Rindou asked.
"He should be 15 years old" Izana answered.
"He is a year younger than me?" Taiju asked.
"What the faq!? You are only 16!" Ran yelled out loud.
"Man, what the faq did you eat as a kid?" Rindou asked equally astonished.
"For your information, Kakucho is only 15 as well," Izana said as he pointed towards Kakucho.
"Man you really need some makeup you look like you eat babies," Hanma said as he relaxed on the steps.
"I do not!" Kakucho rebutted as he looked around and saw everyone turning their eyes away from him.
"I do not...right?" Kakucho asked his words lost within the wind.

"I am back~" Arakan said as he entered the mansion while stretching his limbs a little.
"Welcome back Arakan-sama did everything go well?" Grayfia asked.
"Yeah, everything is going excellently, Izachin and Kakuchan will be back later they are going with our new friends," Arakan said as he pulled off his shoes and kept them away.
"I see in that case would you like to take a bath or have dinner or..." Grayfia was about to continue but her words stopped mid-way as a blush came over her cheeks.
'What was I about to say!!' Grayfia yelled to herself as she froze in front of Arakan.
"Grayfia? are you alright?" Arakan asked slightly confused.
"*cough* apologies for the slip young master, what would you like to have? a bath or the dinner?" Grayfia asked a little more composed.
"I would prefer a bath first, tell the guests they should take one as well, I didn't fit 14 bathrooms in this house for nothing" Arakan responded with a smile as he headed for his room.
'I also have to get permission from the Shinto faction to allow the girls to get a small ruling place within their territory...' Arakan thought as he made his way to his room.
'I wonder if they would agree...and using the Lucifer's name would make the Shinto owe the Underworld a favor...decision, decisions' Arakan thought as he headed for the largest bathroom in the mansion that was opposite to his room.
However, as soon as he opened the bath there was already someone in there. It was none other than Akeno Himejima completely naked and in the process of wearing her bra.
"eh!?" Seeing Arakan abruptly enter the bathroom she was in Akeno got a little embarrassed as she stepped back only for her to step over a bar of soap and slip towards Arakan.
"huh!?" Slightly confused about the situation at hand Arakan instinctively used his hands to catch Akeno. Arakan's hands managed to grab Akeno's shoulder to stabilize her but her boobs got in front of Arakan's face.
Akeno looked towards Arakan who was holding her shoulder to keep her from falling while having the first-row ticket to her breasts. Before Arakan could part ways Akeno got a smirk as she hugged Arakan and his head was sandwiched between her breasts.
"Ara~ ara~ Arakan-sama what do you want me to do~" Akeno asked as she hugged Arakan tighter.
"Release me I am losing my breath down here" Arakan promptly responded before breaking free from Akeno's grasp. Akeno stood there devastated as if her life had been shattered in front of her eyes.
"What is wrong with you? Were you trying to suffocate me?" Arakan asked as he wiped his face with his sleeves.
'trying to suffocate...is he saying that my breasts are too big for him...'Akeno thought shocked for a moment before a heavy blush came to her cheeks as she kneeled before Arakan.
"eh? Akeno?" Arakan questioned as saw Akeno kneeling so suddenly.
"Such a rough man you are~" Akeno said as she stared dead in Arakan's eyes.
'wtf is wrong with women here!' Arakan exclaimed to himself as he hurried back to his room.
"Leaving a woman right at your doorstep at such a condition~ what a sadist you are~" Akeno muttered as she slowly stood up.
