Kapitel 88: Khaos Brigade Last Effort (II)

Faysummit has grown from your humble village filled with mostly humans hunted down by the vampire to a massive city filled with people from different races. It had grown to the point that the other faction acknowledges this city as one of the most fortified cities in the entire world.

The city defense has been tested by the attack of the various mercenary, assassins, and even the Khaos Brigade, and to this day, the city still stands strong, and people still live inside Faysummit.

However, today their defense is being tested once again, and this time, it was being attacked by the full force of the Khaos Brigade.

On the east side of the city standing two people facing each other. On the one side stands a woman wearing a black bodysuit with many insects flying around here. This young woman is Taylor Herbert, the Queen Administrator and the holder of Variant Detonation.

On the opposite side of her is a young man with long brown hair and wearing black armor with a cape. This man is Shabal Beelzebub. The man that should have died in the previous battle has appeared once again.

"You should have died."

"Hah! Dead is meaningless to us, little girl! We know the way to cheat death itself!"

"Sephiroth Graal, huh?"

"You…"

"Then, I only need to defeat you once again and talk to Valerie to destroy your soul. I don't know what will happen to the one that their soul gets destroyed, but I hear from Valerie they will feel an everlasting pain."

"Not this time! This time I will be the one that killed you!"

"Oh, really?"

"What?"

Shabal looked at the little who shook her head and raised her hand, and made a detonation gesture with her hand.

"Boom"

A second later, an explosion happening around Shabal. This is the power of Variant Detonation. It can create an explosion to anything it touches, and the one that explodes is the sand that the insect Taylor brings closer to Shabal.

Variant Detonation can create an explosion from everything the user touches. However, Taylor also finds out that she can also create an explosion from anything that her insect controls touches. Meaning that she doesn't need to sacrifice her insect to the Variant Detonation.

She can use a grain of sand carried by mosquitoes or flies and throw it at her enemy before detonating it. However, she cannot generate an explosion more than what grenades do, but a thousand of them are happening simultaneously? There will be a firework of death happening, just like now.

After a few seconds of continuous explosion, Taylor stopped her attack and saw if her target was dead. However, Shabal is still standing with a barrier around him, to her surprise, protecting him from all her attacks, but she can see half of his body is burned because of the explosion.

"You… You… Dare to use the signature move of the Beelzebub family… What are you!!!"

With fury in his eyes, Shabal began to attack Taylor with a magic attack. With an inhuman reaction, Taylor easily dodged all the incoming attacks. It was all thanks to Amelia and her power that modified her body to be able to keep up with the other supernatural race. Not only her body but her flames also help her to keep growing stronger every time she trains. Because of this, all of the incoming magic spells look like a slow-moving spell.

While dodging the attack, Taylor did not forget to attack Shabal with her flame pistol and her insect. Because of her power, Taylor can multi-task, so dodging and attacking at the same time is not a problem for her.

"Just die already!"

Spell after spell, Shabal continued to fire his spell at her, but to his dismay, all of them are missed as Taylor's movement is too fast for his spell. Not only her spell, but Taylor also used her flame to create a barrier when some of the spells almost hit her. Because of this reason, the Shabal attack cannot hit her. Taylor can use her insect as her eyes can see the battlefield from all angles, making her block and dodge all incoming attacks.

If anyone was not busy fighting, they could see Shalbal become more and more frustrated with his current fight. All his attacks cannot touch Taylor; his most powerful move is also completely useless against her as her control over insects is absolute and cannot be overtaken by anyone.

When she sees her opponent become more and more frustrated, Taylor decides to quickly finish the fight as she needs to do a search and rescue operation once again.

Taylor takes a deep breath and uses all of her power to control all insects in the area. When she does this, she can increase her control radius to two kilometers, making her more terrifying.

A second later, a million maybe billions of arthropods begin to fly or crawl toward Taylor's location. From your usual insect-like flies to the most poisonous of them all.

While one of Black Widow spiders will not kill an ultimate devil-like Shabal, what about a thousand? A million? Or ten million of them? Or how about the enchanted black widow that has a venom that can even kill a satan level being?

Well, that is what happened to Shabal right now. All the arthropods begin to bite, stings, and even walk inside his mouth. They attacked him from the inside out. However, what Taylor didn't know is that one of the insects attacking Shabal is the experiment that Amelia created. It has a venom that will make the victim a superhuman in his/her sense. They will see the world as slow and can see all of the incoming attacks easily; sadly, while their sense is enchanted, their body is not, or rather, their body is forced to slow down by ten thousand times. One second in real life is like a million years to Shabal.

However, that is not the end of that venom effect. Its venom also makes the victim's body feel unimaginable pain. Every single thing inside the victim's body will feel that pain. Even though Shabal only lasts for ten seconds in real life, he felt this pain for ten million years.

What makes this pain even worse is that the body will need a long time, so it can be used to the pain sadly because the real body only feels it for ten seconds, and it cannot adapt to the pain. So right now, all the pain Shabal felt right now is a 'new' experience and will always be like that.

Amelia creates this spider because Medea asks her to make it for interrogating the prisoner. However, they only use this to the worst kind of prisoner like the people that dare to attack their family.

"ARGHHHHHHH!!! HELP! HELP! HELP! I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY! I'M SORRY! HELP! HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP"

Shabal continues to scream for help and ask for forgiveness, but sadly for him, no one will hear him, no one will rescue him, and lastly, no one will forgive him for what he has done.
