Kapitel 46: Chapter 46: Drinking Red Wine

"Awake..."

Nan Jiaojiao couldn't see behind her, having uttered just one word, when her lower back hit the edge of the dining table. She let out a low cry with the word "awake," "I'm quite awake."

Bo Yanching glanced over, "Why is there only one glass?"

"I don't like drinking alcohol."

She pointed to the wine cabinet filled with red wine, "It's just for show, no one has ever come to drink it."

"Not even Shen Shichu?" Bo Yanching asked meaningfully.

But in the current atmosphere, bringing up that person was somewhat of a buzzkill.

Nan Jiaojiao honestly replied, "I wouldn't keep him overnight, nor would I give him any alcohol."

Bo Yanching's expression relaxed, his face softened a bit, "I'll teach you."

Nan Jiaojiao stopped him, "I've cooked steak, would you like some?"

Bo Yanching took a cursory look, his thin lips gradually curving into a helpless smile.

If she hadn't said it was steak, the bloodied clump on the plate hardly looked like anything edible.
