Geena was brushing her half-dried hair, standing in front of the mirror when there was a sudden knock on the door.

"May I come in?" She smiled when she found Ethan standing in the doorway.

"Hey, handsome!" She quickly started applying primer on her skin with the tip of her fingers.

"Getting ready for the will reading?" Instead of taking a chair, he leaned back against the wall and looked at her through the mirror. A faint smirk was playing on his lips as he saw her rubbing her fingers across her face.

"Yeah. One can't say no to Nina so easily, so don't worry. Resignation is safe with me. I want to attend this … so-called… will-reading…" she rolled her eyes making him chuckle, "Can you believe it? Will reading ceremony! Huh?"
