Kapitel 1994: Begin

I took out the lantern in which a small kindle of white fire is burning; it is a purification flame, the same one was present in her excellent rewards. 

The purification fire is one of the artifacts of the head of the academy. It is a very powerful fire that could burn even old monsters to the crisp, not only powerful but also a very desired object for the alchemists.

I had borrowed it from the teacher for the breakthrough; only something like it would serve my purpose.

I carefully opened the lantern and removed the kindle cautiously under the gaze of two councilmembers. I am extremely careful in handling this flame, the slightest touch, and I would be turned to a crisp by it, so I need to be careful about my own life.

I removed the kindle from the lantern and placed it on the palm-size dense runic formation. For a second, nothing happened before the formation buzzed, and fire melded into the runes and began to spread through the fire.
