Kapitel 84: Lost III.

She sat on the edge of the bed with her feet on the floor. The temperature of the room was cool yet she felt hot. Priyanka wished she could explain the situation to him before leaving them in Koran's room. Karan was fond of misinterpreting her. He might think that she liked his brother. The question he asked on the night they went to that restaurant was still on her mind. 

The doorknob turned and she got up from the bed, hoping to see him. But nobody came in. It's locked again. Voices were coming from outside but she dare not go to see who they were. He had given instructions and she had no choice but to stay indoors.

The door opened and Karan walked into the room. He held his tie in his hand. Her heart skipped when he did not look at her.

Priyanka wondered if He believed the scene that he saw in Koran's room. They came out of the bathroom together.

  But if he did? She did not do anything wrong and owe no one an explanation.
