Kapitel 356: HORNS

Once they had walked down the last step, a strong scent immediately invaded Christana's nostrils. She stopped walking, causing Lexine stopped walking as well. Lexine looked behind her, and tilted her head slightly.

"Is something wrong?"

"Do you smell that?"

"Smell what?" Lexine asked, causing Christana to realize that she was the only one who could smell whatever that strong scent was.

"Maybe it's the food. I've not had any oily foods since I woke up." She pouted, "Artin doesn't let me take anything with flavor." She continued walking, which made Lexine also walk with her. Ceeret loved sweet or spicy food. However, since she passed out, her brother, the monster, had been restricting the things she could and could not eat. For Christana, this was really akin to some type of torture.

"Maybe it's because he cares for you. He makes the porridge he brings you all by himself too." Lexine did not look back, but Christana was surprised by her words such that her steps faltered.
