Mia, Pandora, and Wyllow stood with hushed breaths as they knew their mates must have figured they lied to them about the demons. The demons were actually after just the six of them but they had lied to the newbie girls the demons were after all of them so that they would jointly fight the demons. It was better than just the six of them against demons.

It was a wrong thing to lie but things we do for survival huh?

The girls were all glaring at them and Mia could not decode their facial expressions. Wyllow seemed not to be intimidated as she continued to walk forward nonchalantly.

" Thank you" a newbie girl said to her and they all began to applaud them.

This was a twist of event Mia wasn't expecting and it also boosted she and Pandora's vigor to walk forward like Wyllow.

" Thank you" the girls kept on muttering as they paved way for them to pass through and the applauds didn't cease until the girls got to the front of their room.
