Kapitel 64: Ch 64: Difference

Descending to the ground, Yang Feng released Shan Qing Luo from his arms and told her and Yang Kai, "stay aside for now and when a chance presents itself, leave the cave. Things might get messy."

Yang Feng spoke like this because he had a hunch since he last fought that Mid-Tier 6 eagle beast that Transendant Realm or Tier 6 was not as easy as portrayed in the original novel. He felt that there might be something he doesn't know for now so he grew a bit cautious about it.

Listening to his words the two (Yang Kai and Shan Qing Luo) nodded, while Yang Feng just ignored the other two (Qiu Yi Meng and Luo Xiao Man) who had also nodded.

Just as he finished talking, all felt the cave shake a little. The next moment they all saw many spiders appear from various places from the cave. A creaking sound rang out that again drew their attention, they turned and saw as the giant statue where the Spider Mother lived creak and break down.

From the statue came out the Spider Mother, who was nearly fiffty meters tall, looking at them menacing with her giant right spider eyes. "Insolent! You dare to cause trouble in this queen's nest! And you, ungrateful descendant!, how dare you defy my order!"

Hearing her voice, Yang Feng said with a smirk, "Shut your trap, bitch. Your nothing but a bug and you think that we would care about you and your so-called nest. As for causing trouble ... That's the least of your concern for now."

As he said this, he did something he remembered earlier. The next moment the lower ranking spiders, even the Tier 5 ones, suddenly turned and pounced on the spider mother and attacked her from all sides.

The unprepared Spider Mother unable to respond on time was suddenly hit by dozens of attacks from all sides, but these attacks did little to her, except from the Tier 5 ones which just caused a few shallow wounds on her body.

This was something Yang Feng remembered Yang Kai doing but on a smaller scale in the original. In the original, Yang Kai was able to control the spiders to a minor level and cause disturbance in the cave and also used the spiders as a way to kill all the others who were hostile to him. He was able to do all that because he had absorbed the energy of the Heaven-Devouring insect, which had a much higher level of bloodline than the spider mother.

Now in this reality, it was Yang Feng who had refined the Heaven-Devouring insect which had gave him the same ability, the plus point was that Yang Feng had gained a bit more from the insects than Yang Kai and because of his higher cultivation, he could now control these spiders by consuming his Spiritual Energy. But unfortunately, he was barely able to do this to a Tier 5 spider and considering the numbers of the spider, the spiritual energy consumption was great.

After being hit by those attacks, Spider Mother let out a roar and said, "*roar* what did you do, human!!?". She knew that whatever happened was because of Yang Feng.

Yang Feng didn't answer her and simply took out his spear and attacked her with a sharp thrust. The spider feeling the power behind the spear grew cautious and raised one of it's claws strengthened by it's Qi and blocked the spear.

After making contact, Yang Feng frowned and backed away. Looking down he finally saw the creaks on his spear and knew that now if he used it even for blocking an attack with true element realm power, it would shatter into pieces.

'damn that bird, it did even more damage than I thought. *Haah* I will refine a new spear after gathering a few good materials.', he than put away the spear and took out his YueYu Sword(Jian).

Seeing him backing away earlier the Spider Mother had become a bit smug and lowered her guard, thinking he was weak. She thought so because Yang Feng hadn't used much of his strength, although he wanted to use a full powered attack to injure it at first, at the last moment he lowered the power so that the spear doesn't break because if it broke then Yang Feng would face a backlash from it.

Now with his sword in hand, Yang Feng again mentally commanded the spiders to attack her with their full strengths before killing the spiders near each other.

This time the spider mother was prepared for the attack from her children (the spiders) and swiftly dodged the attacks while killing as many of them as she could to avoid them from attacking her again and again.

She however neglected Yang Feng a little after the previous clash. Yang Feng for the first time used his 'Five Element Sword Formation' technique to the Human Level.

As he did, twenty five swords (five each) made of five elements surrounded him from five sides. He then raised his sword and as he did the elemental swords around him flew out and surrounded the spider mother, constently revolve around her.

The spider mother was surprised by the sudden movement and tried to escape but she couldn't find a gap to escape. The swords emitted the aura of five elements and moved in weird directions, but they seemed to support each other by synchronizing their Qi, making them stronger. She turned to Yang Feng and saw his arm raised holding a sword.

Yang Feng didn't give her a moment and brought down his sword, making the elemental swords slash at her from various angles at a great speed. The spider mother wasn't able to dodge all of them, but successfully dodged some at the beginning before succumbing to the restless assault.

After being hit by the sword energies for some time, she grew increasing angry and spat of poisonous gas and Venom from her mouth. The poison gave out sizzling sound as the elemental swords came in contact with them.

'The poison can even burn Qi.', Yang Feng thought seriously as he saw this. 'It doesn't matter much. Now I can confirm that there really is more to the Transcended Realm than I had thought.'

Throughout the whole fight, Yang Feng had been observing the spider queen and the effects of his attacks on her. 'Although way less than that eagle, she seems to have a natural resistance to my Qi attacks. If I talk about it in percentage the spider mother is about 10% immune to my Qi attacks. While that eagle would have been about 20 - 25% immune if I think about it according to the Cultivation Levels.'

In the original, such a thing didn't exist nor mentioned. This further highlighted to him that the real world is alot different than that of the novel. This also showed him that although he can fight above his realms, he shouldn't take it easy as there seems to be some things about realms and other things that he doesn't know. 'but what is the difference that makes this happen.'

This thought only lasted for a second before he placed them at the back of his mind, as this wasn't an ideal time and he knew where he could get the information he needed later.

The spider mother after breaking through the swords formation, sent her poisonous spider webs at him. Quickly evading the webs he was greeted by the spider mother again as she spat out her venom right at him, Yang Feng this time didn't evade it and took out a jade bottle from his inventory.

He then used this jade bottle and subtle use of space and devouring dao to store the venom into the bottle. He had used his space laws to gather the venom in a concentrated point and used subtle devouring force from inside the jade bottle in his hand to suck the venom inside the bottle.

The spider mother was stunned and confused as she saw this. But those were soon replaced by the feelings of anger and humiliation. So she leapt at him, wishing to use her powerful beast body to defeat the annoying human quickly.

Yang Feng who saw this responded in kind and used his fist strengthened by his Qi and the Vibration of his skin, muscles and bones. The spider mother sneered this but she had underestimated him a bit too much as she didn't think that a human would compete with her, a monster beast, in terms of body strength.

The result was her being pushed back a few steps, without a hint of resistance. This shocked her to her core which was visible through her wide eyes, 'Just who is this human, not only is he strong in his Qi cultivation but his Body is as strong as a peak Tier 4 monster.'

Yang Feng who was also pushed back a step looked on with some surprise. 'this ... It feels like body strength unlike Qi doesn't get negated in the slightest. *Hah* Unfortunately my Body still hasn't recovered to the fullest or this would have become much easier.'

Yang Feng then looked at the surprised spider mother and sent out a powerful, "Dragon Fist!", as the dragon phantom appeared the affect was immediate, the spider queen felt a pressure on her and felt nearly 30% of her strength suddenly repressed and felt slight fear upon looking at the phantom.

As the first hit her, she was again sent a few meters back, but not too much as she was still powerful enough to block most of the power of the phantom.

Seeing the effectiveness of the attack, for the next few minutes Yang Feng fought the spider mother with his fists and placed his sword back.

After being repeatedly thrown back by Yang Feng's attacks the spider mother was slightly afraid and tried to reason with him and told him that she would let them go. But Yang Feng's reply to that was, "Your not in the position to tell me what to do. As for leaving ... I'll have to disappoint you little spider, but I'm in need of your blood essence and monster core."

Yang Feng had already gotten the Venom that Shan Qing Luo wanted from the spider mother. But from what he remembered, for the curse of Shan Qing Luo's body to be broken, she has to refine the spider mother's blood essence and monster core or copulate with him which would kill him, otherwise the longer she stays near him and the stronger her feelings for him, the more she will suffer from the curse of her physique and might even die if it's not resolved.

Yang Feng of course didn't want to die nor would he let Shan Qing Luo die, so he decided to end everything now. The spider mother upon hearing his words was angry and also understood why he said this, but also shocked as to how he knew about it.

After fighting for five more minutes, she finally couldn't hold on and was killed by Yang Feng, who had also received a few minor injuries during the battle. After killing her, he simply stored her body and flew outside the cave by flying up the creak from which they had fallen.

As he landed outside, he was meet by the four who had been watching the whole battle. Yang Kai then greeted his brother in joy and admiration, seeing how strong he had become he himself was more motivated. Qiu Yi Meng and Xiao Man on the other hand were pale and looked at him with fear, Xiao Man even hid behind Qiu Yi Meng to avoid catching his eye.

Shan Qing Luo on the other hand was joyful as she practically leapt at him looking flushed, seeing her like this Yang Feng concluded that she was somehow aroused. Which was further confirmed by her upon his questioning,

It was positive to say that the mental image was too tempting as he barely controlled himself, He still wanted to like thank you very much. After their little moment of thirst, they all left under Shan Qing Luo's guidance.
