Kapitel 46: Her What Ifs

"She's not with me, I didn't get her. I had to stop because you're bleeding to death, for your information."

Cassie doesn't know if Mish will be happy or scared to be in the enemy camp. But she was sure it wouldn't be good if Blake Moretti caught her either.

"Do you want to eat?" Blake asked.

That's when Cassie's stomach growled, making her wish the ground shallow her.

"You need something to eat." He pressed the intercom to tell the butler of the house to bring up food for him.

"Where's Hunter?"

"Out for a mission. Don't ask too much. Your food will be here in a minute. You need to eat."

Cassie let out a fit of laughter. She doesn't know what Blake was thinking. Blake is very angry with Mish. He never shot and killed people, and she also fully believes that he is a bad person. But what she doesn't understand is his special treatment of her as if it were out of his character.
