Kapitel 63: 62. Cat and mouse chase.

Today is another bright day. All thanks be to god for this bright day, for sparing our lives to witness such a day.

Although Que wasn't really sure if she's that grateful, considering the taboo that happened last night. She's very skeptical about showing her face to others. In fact, she finds it hard to look back at herself in the mirror. 

When it happened in the morning, her eyes were automatically hooked to her lips. Which she had sworn had increased in size due to both the hotness of the pepper and Zeus torment. They still tingle from the aftermath.

Her faced burned and she quickly covered the mirror with a towel. Ever since, she've avoided all reflective surfaces, not there were much in the house.

If only that didn't happen last night, she wouldn't have found herself in this condition. Que pressed herself back against the kitchen door, the cold wood pressed against her skin, trying to make herself one with the wood.
