Me and Kevin came out of our room at the same time but it was me who went to the door first because I wanted to welcome them and was over excited.

"Rose, congratulations!" Emma squealed with joy, almost knocking me off balance. I steadied myself quickly, the lingering dizziness still affecting me slightly.

"Thank you, Emma," I replied with a smile, genuinely happy to see my childhood friends here to celebrate with me.

Liam, equally beaming, offered his congratulations too. "Congratulations, Rose! Well done!"

"Thanks, Liam," I said, feeling grateful for their warm wishes.

Liam's gaze then turned to Kevin, and I gave them some space to interact, introducing them to each other. "Kevin, meet Liam and Emma, my childhood buddies."

Kevin smiled and extended his hand to shake theirs. "Nice to meet you both."

He smiled and greeted them.

"He is Kevin," I told Emma and Liam.
