"Okay, that's that," Nephron stood up from his chair and smiled. "Good luck and

Godspeed," he added before turning around to walk off with the Elder Black Wing in tow.

Seeing this, the disciples followed suit, maintaining a respectful distance. They had no idea what had just happened but could feel the gazes of the old men on them a few times during the conversations.

They couldn't wrap their heads around what was going on yet, but it would surely not cause them harm directly. After all, this wasn't Nephron's first rodeo.

Soon after, the Supreme Leader and Elder Black Wing got into the carriage and began moving once again towards the Golden Tower.

"They are up to something," in an alleyway a few blocks away, a young lady stuck her head out to comment. The moment the Blood Serpent Clan's caravan split from the rest... she immediately followed from behind.
