Kapitel 149: Shredded Resistance

This was a bad idea, thought Vincent as he smelled the Myrtles in Prudence's hair. She had left them right where he had planted them. But the worst was that her neck was exposed and anxiety was rushing through her veins. 

That woman was going through so many emotions. The anticipation of Vincent being this close with the unknown feeling of butterflies. 

She had experienced this last night as well when she had kissed Vincent on his cheek. There was fear, but there was a different anticipation of a man's touch. The anticipation that only her body understood. Her mind was on a different spectrum as Vincent whipped the reins again to have Daisy pick up speed.

Having two riders was definitely going to give the Mustang a hard time in running at full speed but even as Vincent maneuvered Daisy right now had Prudence scared of falling off. 

She almost did fall a few times before getting used to the same kind of turns Vincent was making around the open ground.
