Kapitel 55: An Unusual Inn

"Mrs. Angel, nice to meet you. Have you heard anything from Mr. David?" asked someone who appeared to be in a high position at the Stockholm Corporation.

  Angeline deliberately came to the office, who knows if anyone knows about David. However, from the first reaction that Angeline got, it turned out that none of the company employees knew David's whereabouts.

  The person who asked Angeline that question was someone who probably held a fairly high position in the Stockholm Corporation. If someone as important as her doesn't know, then what's the point of asking her other workers about David?

  Should Angeline contact Lucy? After all, Lucy is David's private secretary.

  But, considering that Angeline had told David to fire Lucy several times for trivial matters, Angeline was hesitant to meet the woman, whether Lucy knew it or not, Angeline's heart just felt a little bad for her.
