Kapitel 679: My Name is Worthless

As Yan Jinyi expected, the topic of conversation was either about the gifts that their husbands had given them or about a certain wealthy man's wife getting a divorce from because her husband cheated on her or something like that.

They were just as gossipy as the middle-aged women who gathered at the parade square to dance. 

Yan Jinyi's vision was getting dark as she listened to them speak. She was extremely sleepy and her eyelids were about to be shut when her phone suddenly rang.

It was an unfamiliar number, but the address on the caller ID turned out to be that of her old home. 

Seeing that it was a phone call from home, she knew right away who it was that called. 

If it was during usual times, she would not answer but now...

Looking at the wealthy women around her who were enjoying the conversation, she picked up her cell phone and said with a smile, "Excuse me, I have to take a call."
