Kapitel 89: Chapter 89

Claire composed herself the best she could. 

"I will always love you, Alex. I know I made a huge mistake by taking you for granted. I regret it everyday, since you left me. And I have not said how sorry I am not only for that  but for suing you and all. I'm sorry." She said and lowered her head, as if she was truly sorry. 

ALex knew he couldn't believe her. Of course, her talking like that made him doubt if she was being sincere or not, but in the end, he decided it didn't matter. 

"I forgive you for that. But anyway, the situation remains the same. You and I are not compatible. If you want, we can be friends, or, at least, acquaintances. But nothing more. That is all I can offer you.."

"I'll accept, then. I can't stay away from you. Please, don't make me stay away." Sha insisted.

"Well, you're aware of the consequences And don't try, okay? Because it will piss me off and I will keep you away, then."
