"Huh? Isn't Evie Clark with you guys?" Ekaterina suddenly asked, her eyes blinking and looking at the two of them, so adorable.

The two in front of her glanced at each other but remained silent, suddenly falling quiet.

Feeling the atmosphere was a bit awkward, Ekaterina looked at them inquisitively. Seeing their expressions, it seemed they wanted to hide something.

Ekaterina then shifted her gaze to Charlotte's face, attempting to find some clues from her.

Unable to withstand her constant stare, Charlotte told Ekaterina about Joseph Andrew going to the hospital and receiving stitches.

Upon hearing the news, Ekaterina was stunned. No wonder the usually calm pair was acting so strangely today. She quickly grabbed Charlotte's hand and asked, "What exactly happened today that Evie's brother needed stitches!"
