Kapitel 23: Chapter 23 Peeping

After leaving the Foster residence, Henry Russell stopped the car halfway, holding the steering wheel and looking ahead, pressing his lips together without saying a word.

Charlotte Cooper looked at him in confusion.

"Why don't you ask?" Henry asked.

In the cramped car, his low voice was very obvious.

"Ask what?"

Charlotte was still a little confused, thinking back to what she had done just now.

"The photo."

Henry turned to look at her, "You should have seen the photo clearly just now. Why didn't you get jealous?"

"Isn't that supposed to be thrown away? There's nothing to be jealous about. I just didn't expect you to be so sentimental. She's been abroad for so long, yet you still keep her stuff."

Charlotte's tone was a little sour.

Henry's cold face finally softened, "I've packed up her stuff a long time ago, just haven't had the time to throw it away. I indeed couldn't let go of her before, but rest assured, now you're the only one in my heart."
