In the distant future, humanity has colonized planets across the galaxy. Each planet is ruled by a powerful faction that seeks to dominate the others. There are the mighty technocrats, who use their advanced technology to exert control over the masses, the cunning smugglers who rule the black market, the ferocious mercenaries who fight for hire, and many more.
In the midst of all this, a young orphan named Kai dreams of leaving his home planet and seeing what lies beyond. Despite the dangers of the galaxy, he knows that he must seek out adventure if he is to find purpose in his life.
