Pete focused and aimed his arrow at John.

The random NPC would go down in a second. A clean shaft through the heart was likely to do the trick. He wouldn't have to resort to his advanced abilities.

"Will you fight me with a bow and arrow, Robin Hood?" the giant mocked him. "I have only a stick to defend myself."

The boy shrugged and said, "You should have thought about that before picking a fight with me."

John's gnarly face twisted into something that Pete could interpret as a smile.

"Very well," he said sinisterly. "Here I come!"

That genuinely surprised the boy. Why didn't the system notify that John was a Boss the moment he came across him?

The Robinhood System did not offer him a quest as well.

John took an aggressive stance with his stick, and then abruptly charged at Pete.

The boy was expecting this, and he let his arrow fly.
