Kapitel 10: New Business.
Ko picked up the phone in the Boss' office, bringing it up to his ear. "Kings b-.''
''Ko, bring the guys around, leave a few of them at the bar. Need help cleaning up."
There was a click as the phone was hung up, Ko looked at the phone for a moment before he shrugged as he stood up. ''Boss seems fine, must've already handled it.''

"You know, I'm glad we decided to follow him, instead of fighting him that day."
That statement was responded to with a bunch of very fast nods, before them was a sight straight out of a movie. Oliver was sitting on a guy who was shaking, out of fear or exertion, but none of them wanted to know. Kiga, the guy that got ambushed was laid on what looked to be a couch, he looked much better than he had, he was free and resting. It seemed he had already been cleaned up and bandaged, a pack of ice over his swollen eye that was already a lot better.
Oliver was tapping a pipe against the ground, which was covered in blood. With each tap the few who were awake seemed to flinch around him, the shaking man like a leaf in a hurricane, he was sweating profusely.
Seeing the boys Oliver leaned back, another cigarette already lit as he leaned back, putting more weight onto the guy below him as he looked at them, resting the pipe a moment before he then spoke. "If I throw this pipe away, give me a show of hands who will try anything."
None of them seemed to move, only to slowly lower themselves further, hell even the other Kings felt they should do the same, what kind of person was Oliver to be able to make a large group of grown men shows this much fear?
With that, Oliver tossed the pipe to the side, letting it clatter to the ground, the sound sent one guy to choke out a sob as he started to shake.
"Come on in Boys, I'd like you to meet your new co-workers. They'll be helping me start the tech side of the Kings, see this guy beneath me? Apparently, a wizard with a computer, or at least I hope he is for his safety." When Oliver stood, all of them immediately scooted back a bit, the sudden release of weight from the guy he was sitting on just collapsed, soft cries from the ground.
"With them, we'll start getting into the really lucrative business, first..." He raised his finger, pointing at a few of his boys. ''You three, take these two and get them checked up in a hospital, the first one was just unlucky, the second one considered himself tough shit.''
Oliver brushed off his vest a bit before spoke up again. ''The rest of you, clean out the back, bring it all out here, Ko, come here.'' He waved Ko over, who like a mechanical soldier slowly made his way over. Oliver saw this and shook his head.
''You don't need to worry about it, you were smart remember? You avoided the beat down. Come here.''
Ko relaxed a bit more and made his way over to Oliver who went to stand beside Kiga, Kiga seeing him tried to start standing up but a shake of Oliver's head made him lay back down. "Ko, use your quirk on him."
"W-Wait Boss, you do know that my quirk is only for plants, right?''
Oliver shook his head before he pulled a stool over and sat on it beside Kiga's head, another stool was pulled over as he forced Ko to sit down. ''No, your quirk is nature energy manipulation, two different things. You know how you help flowers bloom? Close your eyes, focus on him, and try to help make him bloom."
Oliver's serious expression left no room for gay jokes, but that didn't stop him from thinking about it personally, Ko on the other hand did as he instructed, closing his eyes he began to focus, slowly. They watched as Kiga was healing, all be it slow, but noticeably faster.
Oliver seeing this seemed to only seem irritated, Ko already felt his quirk working so he opened his eyes, only to see the basic miracle happening in front of him, however in his excitement, he turned to his Boss only to see him frowning, Ko became worried.
''Boss, are you alright? I thought you would at least be happy seeing a healing quirk, way too few people have them.''
Oliver shook his head. ''It's not that, I'm happy to see you being a healer, that means I need to train you a bit harder personally for a bit, what I'm displeased about, is why did no one think about this beforehand? No offense Ko, but it clearly says 'Nature Energy Manipulation.'' But no one thought maybe it could be used for healing?''
When Ko heard that, something seemed to click for him as well, why did he just assume it was only for plants? When he got his quirk, and the instinctive knowledge that came with it usually, he just knew how to manipulate the energy he could feel.
Oliver however seemed to only frown deeper, a lot of stuff starting to fill the war house as his boys worked on bringing everything not nailed down out.
Oliver rubbed his chin a moment before he called out. ''Anyone here has a mental quirk?'' A few of them look around, trying to find the one who got taken away before one guy raised his hand.
Seeing this Oliver waved him over, if in fear, or instinct he did so. Standing in front of Oliver. "What is your Quirk?''
The guy seemed to struggle a bit before he spoke. ''It's weird, but basically, I can perfectly mimic a song on someone's mind, but I have to touch them.''
Oliver stared a moment, thinking over it a bit before he spoke. ''Why touch?''
''I just always had to touch them for it to work.''
Oliver watched a bit longer before he spoke again. ''Imagine, you raise your hand, but keep your physical hand still. Put that imaginary hand on my shoulder, concentrate.''
There was a look of confusion on his face before he started to focus, soon he began to say these words.

After the shock of all the beat-up guys around, Oliver released a deep sigh as he groaned out. ''Damnit, that means I'm going to have to train everyone's quirks too!''
